You can reach out to us via our Discord Support Server to open a ticket or visit the Official Telegram to engage with fellow community members or our appropriately name tagged moderators and the possibility to receive some extra assistance or comradery. Alternatively send an e-mail or create a ticket request through the provided Telegram bot.


Please note that our Administrators, Moderators, or Team members will never initiate any direct messages (DMs) with you. If you receive unsolicited messages claiming to be from our team, please disregard them and report the incident to us immediately!
